Expect the Unexpected

Dear Talent:

Happy New Year!

I am so grateful to be able to say that to you! Wow! I pray you are well and in a good place...if not, let's get you there!

This year I want you to tune all negative elements out of your life: People, News, Workplace Drama, So called friendships etc. You get it? This is "Your Time to Shine" (love that song by Kelly Price.) Don't know if you got the memo or not but tomorrow ain't guaranteed; so let's cherish this day, this hour, this moment.

I was speaking with a member of our Talent Agency and he was so distraught after two (2) call-backs, he still didn't get the part. I told him he must "Expect the Unexpected." There are no real guarantees in this business of entertainment, but for sure if you hang in there something good is going to happen for you. You're not being denied, it's just not your particular "Time to Shine." If you "Expect the Unexpected", you will always have the balance you must have when it comes to auditioning and this business in general.

The beauty of this entertainment game is that eventually you get it, and begin to master it. That's what we teach our talent at Train Harder Agency Casting. We want you to enjoy the experience of growing into the business.

Loving the journey is so very important to the fabric that you are weaving. However, when you Expect the Unexpected, you ready yourself for the good stuff that's on the way...you deserve it!

Please know that you will always have a sounding board here at Train Harder Agency Casting (you don't have to be signed with us) we'll answer any questions you may have...always in your corner, "We Got You!" Nuff said.

Much Love, GiGi Hightower trainharderagencycasting
